Viene con un equipo fuerte con varias opciones y es rápido en grupos pequeños. Matthews tiene mucha experiencia, pero ha perdido algo de nivel en los últimos años y le cuesta pasar los repechos como los pasaba con los mejores cuando era más joven. El año pasado entraron en el mismo grupo solo separados por una posición en el sprint y con esta cuota no se puede dejar escapar esta oportunidad de sorpresa que no es tan remota como lo califican las casas.
